About Me

My photo
Im Emily, and im not really sure who i am, or who im meant to be, to be honest im not even sure what i like. But yes, i guess you could call me a writer, i do like to write. I am Australian & I am young. The fact of myself being young, doesn't necessarily mean that i dont know what im doing, or dont know what im talking about. Well i guess this little box isn't really a diary so i guess if you really want to get to know me, I leave most of my personality traits in my writting.

We Strolled These Crowded Streets.

Does it ever stop raining here?
I'm on my way to my dull job, at a women's and men's lingerie store, the name you ask? 'Oh Dang, Lets Bang'. Funny, I know. Its actually amusing when you see someone you know wonder in here, all shy and somewhat embarrassed. I finally arrived to this hell of a place, just to pay my bills. Some days are just longer than others.
''Good Morning Hitomu!'' The Lady's at the counter were following there routine, I think they may fancy me, I don't know but they're cute; I don't think they've figured out I'm gay yet though. As I stumble to my usual place, at the changing rooms, I'm the assistant, I get to see girls in lingerie, not that exciting, but there is an occasional guy, which is always fun. I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to walk buy and ask for help, I really didn't want to be here, even though its been 3 months after Tooru's death I still don't want to do anything but sleep. I glanced around the store, looking for any hot guys to check out, about 10 girls were in the shop giggling, they didn't look any older than 16. My oh my, this really is going to be a long day. My eyes convert to the entrance as someone dawdles in, Hibiki? What is he doing here?
He walked towards me and I stare at the ground, embarrassed to see this man I kissed about 2 months ago.
''Hitomu? Is that you'' Hibiki asks. I look into his deep blue eyes just to reassure him.
''What are you doing here Hibiki, looking for a gift for your girlfriend?'' I winked at him.
''Uh... Y-Yeah..'' He said nervously. ''Do you need any assistance?'' I asked and grabbed his hand and walked towards the pantie isle.
''Whats she like, beautiful, I'd asume'' I cant believe he has a girlfriend! I thought '' Of course, like I'd settle for anyone less'' He smirked at me.
''Well, we shall have to find something sexy for her, valentines day is drawing near''.
''So, what colour looks best on your girl?'' I asked and winked at him. Why am I jealous?! What am i doing?
''I guess I should tell you the truth Hitomu, I don't have a girlfriend I only came here to see you. I had heard from someone that you were working here.''
I, I was speechless, he was telling me exactly what I had wanted to hear, was I imagining this? Before I had enough time to think I began to blurt out words that were ever so true.
''I haven't stopped thinking about you since I met you Hibiki, I really, really wished that I'd see you again''.
''Well, I'm here, what do you wish to do with me?'' He said shifting his eyes to the floor and twiddling his thumbs.
''Hibiki, your adorable'' I said pulling him closer to me and letting our lips gently touch for only a moment. I could feel my heart beating faster, I pulled away.
''Hey, its my lunch break in about an hour, meet me at the park across the road'' I urged to see him. He smiled and turned away from me, walking away, I felt the distance between us growing.
I saunter around, waiting for this time to pass by.

I am walking across the road, with my black umbrella in one hand, my other hand warm placed in the pocket of my jacket.
I saw Hibiki seated on the park bench with his umbrella held above his head, shielding the rain from hitting his golden blond hair. He looked cold even though he was wearing a rather large grey jumper. I took my rightful seat next to Hibiki in the rain and he just looked at me and what it seemed like, he was staring into my soul, with those deep blue eyes.
They conveyed such an emotion even the heart couldn't hope to explain, they were somewhat heart warming. He put his hand in mine, It was no longer lonesome.
''Hitomu, I couldn't wish for anything more right now'' he whisperd a cold breath on my neck. This is the same guy that stated he had no interest in guys, I guess I changed that.
I turned to him and smiled. ''Would you like to take a walk?'' I asked. I got up and offered him my hand, he took it and we began to pace our way through this crowded city.
We are both walking underneath my umbrella, I'm much taller than Hibiki I've just realised, he looks about 5.8'' and me standing at 6.1'' towered over him.
''So, Hibiki. Where do you live?'' I asked in hope of springing a conversation. ''Oh, I never told you did I. Well, I live in the same apartment building as you, at the end of the 4th floor''
''Oh really? Well, we should hang out more often then. My apartment, tonight for dinner?'' I asked, I never knew Hibiki lived so close to me, I've never seen him, or never noticed him at least.
He nodded in delighted as we still strolled these raining streets.

He walked me back to work and I got off at about 4, I went shopping for dinner, I suddenly realised that I had no idea what he liked.
Spaghetti? That's simple, easy enough for my dreadful cooking skills. I walked home carrying my groceries, yes, it was raining and I had my umbrella.
It was only about a 10 minute walk from work to home. Dawdling the streets I begin to notice all these people I have never seen before, they are all so different, so unique.
I stumble into my apartment and put the groceries on the bench. Wow, this place is a mess, I'm way to lazy to clean everything up! Man, I don't want Hibiki thinking I'm some type of slob.
I start picking up all the rubbish and putting it in the bin, whipping down benches and making my bed and what not.
''Clean enough'' I said to myself. I went and had a shower and did my hair. I lie on the couch, half naked, resting my eyes, a knock on the door awoke me from my light slumber.
''Hitomu are you there?'' I heard Hibiki's soften voice say. ''Coming!'' I screamed as i pulled my pants on and threw a on a shirt.

I opened the door for him and he smiled at me, I caught myself smiling back, happy to see him I guess.   ''What’s for dinner?'' Hibiki asked
''Spaghetti'' I smiled at him, hoping he would like my choice.
''Romantic'' He laughed as we headed to the kitchen. He was dressed in black skinny jeans and casual white shirt, he is such a teenager, but than again, I’m wearing practically the same. He sat on the kitchen bench and looked at me innocently.
''Hibiki, you’re adorable'' I remarked. He blushed and covered his face with his hands. I walked over to him and pulled his hands away from his face and kissed him passionately.
''Cook me dinner'' He whispered cheekishly. I nodded and put the water on and waited for it to boil. ''Wine?'' I asked and grabbed two wine glasses from the cupboard & opened a bottle of red wine and poured it into the glasses. I passed one to Hibiki and he took a sip of it, he kicked my bottom as I walked away from him and he laughed shamelessly.
''So Hitomu, are you going to give me a tour of this place or what?'' Hibiki asked.
''Yours is probably exactly the same!'' He hoped down off the bench and I took his hand and led him towards the bathroom.
''So you shower and undress in here Hitomu?'' He asked and giggled at his own silliness.
''Why yes Hibiki, I shower naked like every other person''. I said with a tone of sarcasm in my voice. I led him out of my bathroom and into my bedroom.
''So this is where the magic happens, huh?'' I winked at him and threw him on my bed. I leant over him and whispered ''Yes Hibiki, this is where the magic happens''.  Our faces were inches away but I resisted my urge to kiss him. I wanted him to crave me, I wanted him to quiver even just thinking about my touch. I got up off the bed.
''You’re so cruel'' Hibiki said crossing his arms like a stubborn child. I laughed at him and grabbed his hand and pulled him off the bed. Our bodies were close and he kissed my neck. I was craving him, I quivered at his touch. He winked at me and skipped out of the room and into the kitchen. I followed and pulled a pan out of the cupboard and sprayed it with oil, I put the mince into the pan and broke it with my spatula. The meat simmered in the pan as I watched as the bits of pink become brown. I opened and tin of tomato’s and added the sauce. Hibiki's stomach growled as he sipped at his wine.

The Heavens Were Crying.

''Room 218''
''THANK YOU'' I shouted already running for the elevator. I had tears streaming down my face, I must of looked insane i thought.
I awaited for the elevator anxiously.
''Hurry up'', I murmur.
The door finally opened and I rushed inside and waited. This elevator is taking forever I thought, I hope hes okay. The doors opened at the second floor, I sprinted down the halls counting the numbers ''214, 216..218!!'', I gasped for air and opened the door, I couldn't stop my tears but I tried to stay calm.
There, Tooru layed, beat and covered with blood. I sat by his side and held his hand until he awoke.
He looked at me with his weeping brown eyes. With a whisper of dying breath he spoke;
''Hitomu.. I love you, I'd hate to be your burden, I just want you to be happy, Please Hitomu.. for my sake...''
I gave him a single nod, I was speechless, I couldn't believe what was happening.
He gave a smirk and a single tear ran down his cheek, he closed his eyes, still holding his hand, I kissed him lightly.

I walked out of Hospital room 218, to find his parents awaiting, They had told me that i was only young and to move on and forget about their son.
What a horrible thing to say about your own child.

I'm walking home in the rain now, I wonder if they can tell I'm crying.
Step after step i seem to get closer to my home. The rain felt cold on my skin, almost like the heavens were crying with me.
Somehow i managed to pull the keys out of my pocket and open the door to our apartment, 'our' i thought to myself.
I threw myself on to the bed and didn't even bother to take my shoes nor clothes off.
I slept, and i slept for what seemed to be days, crying, alone, once again.

I put on a black suit and a gray tie, today is going to be a dull day.It began to rain once i arrived at the funeral, the priest was rambling on but i wouldn't listen, this isn't my first funeral. I didn't make a speech, I was to upset. I glanced across the small crowd and saw an unfamiliar face, He was crying, I could hear him whispering words i couldn't make out, his arm was bandaged and he didn't look any older than 18.
I wonder who he is, and what hes doing here, maybe its Tooru's cousin or distant relative or something.. After everyone had left i had stayed behind and put his favorite yellow roses on his grave, he was buried 6 feet under the land that I was standing. 'One Dream' had been carved on his grave..

My bed was cold without Tooru. With a glance out my window the beach and skyscrapers collided looking strangely natural to me; I was instantly reminded of the times him and I would go for midnight walks along the moonlit beach, the romantic moments we shared, not to mention the sex. A knock on my door startled me, I put boxers on to cover my naked body and opened the door; I must look like a wreck.
''Excuse me, are you Yoshida Hitomu?'' I replied with a simple nod and gestured him in, Who is this? What does he want?
''Tea?'' I asked.
''Yes please'' He said nervously ''Milk? how many sugars?'' I mumbled getting some mugs down from the shelf.
''Yes and two'' He seemed pretty shaked up about being here, maybe I should make him feel more comfortable.
''So why are you hear stranger?'' I sat down and looked across at him with the two cups of tea. He... he was the guy from the funeral.
His blond hair covered his eyes and he stared at his swirling tea.
''How did you know Tooru, I saw you at his funeral'' I said talking a sip of hot tea. A tear drop fell into his tea.
''Im sorry... it was me'' he choked out. ''What.. What are you talking about..'' saying as my tears started to swell.
'' I was in the other car; I'm so sorry...'' Tears started streaming down both our faces; suddenly the vibe of the room had changed.
I wasn't really sure how to feel. I lent over and moved his hair from his blue eyes, and kissed this person who i did not know the name of, he closed his eyes and i could feel his tear drip on my cheek.
His lips were soft and wet with tears. ''Takahashi, Hibiki'' he whispered and pulled away. ''Why aren't you angry?'' Hibiki asked.
''I...I have trouble dealing with my emotions. I'm so sorry i kissed you''.
He gave me a shy smirk ''It's okay.. But I'm not really into guys'' He said this calmly, maybe I've calmed him down a bit. he was still crying and so was I.
I doubt I would ever see Hibiki again, but in my heart I knew I wanted to. He told me that he had to leave and left with out really speaking.
